Please note that effective immediately (June 2008) the re-certification for QUTE has changed.  Re-certification by examination will only be required every 6 years, or every other re-certification period.

Test Procedures
Procedure API-UT-1 defines the minimum mandatory requirements for the API Qualification of Ultrasonic Examiners Certification Program, including equipment, calibration and recording your test results.
Procedure API-UT-2 describes the recommended techniques for the exam candidates.
Please familiarize yourself with both procedures prior to taking the test.

QUTE PROGRAM
RE-CERTIFICATION POLICY CHANGE


Effective immediately, the requirement to take the UT examination for each re-certification has been changed to be required
