Complimentary registration is limited to first-time attendees, who must be sponsored and accompanied by a prior API standards meeting participant from the same company.  Pre-registration is required.  All hotel and travel expenses are the responsibility of the participant/attendee.

If you wish to sponsor a first-time attendee, and you are a previous participant at API standards meetings, please complete this Sponsored Attendee section on your Registration Form and return it by January 4, 2008.  You may also register a first-time attendee on your on-line registration form in Cvent if you use the online method to register.  You’ll find the Sponsored Attendee category by clicking on the drop-down box under Guest Information.

For more information, please contact Arnetta Smith at 202-682-8149 or smitha@api.org.

Sponsorship/Exhibitor Application and Agreements
Sponsoring or exhibiting is a targeted, cost-effective avenue for connecting with customers that you may not reach otherwise.

Some of the benefits include:

  • Obtaining access to industry buyers and decision makers
  • Establishing name recognition and product identity by standing out among competitors
  • Demonstrating to colleagues and clients that you are an overall industry supporter
  • Creating a unique image as being closely aligned with API

Surveys of API meeting attendees indicate that most consider it an important benefit to learn from sponsors while attending API events. Don’t miss the chance to show attendees first-hand how you can help optimize their competitive edge.

The deadline for returning your Sponsorship Application and Agreement is December 28, 2007.  Please contact Arnetta Smith at 202-682-8149 or smitha@api.org for more information.
