Exhibitor/Sponsor Raffle: Call for Donations!
Returning by popular demand, attendees will be given a sheet listing all of the exhibitors and encouraged to have a company representative sign next to their company's name. Attendees who complete and return this sheet will be eligible for the "Exhibitor Raffle" prize. We found this to be a great way for exhibitors to meet all of the conference attendees. Winners will be drawn at the Reception on Tuesday, July 17th. Additional smaller drawings will take place before each conference session. All exhibitors and sponsors are encouraged to bring a prize (or prizes) for donation to the Registration Desk on July 16th. If you would like to be included in the program as a "Raffle Contributor", please email cunninghamm@api.org by Monday, July 9th.

Exhibitors: Please note that these are 3' x 6' tables. Each table has a 90"x80" white tablecloth, two chairs and a garbage can. Tabletop displays only. Free-standing displays are strictly prohibited. Electrical outlets will be available at no charge.

As a Sponsor you may provide one promotional marketing piece (ad or flyer only) to be inserted in the registration packet. This may be no larger than 8.5" x 11" and must be provided by each sponsoring company. 300 copies of your promotional piece must arrive at the hotel by July 13 (Attn: Matthew Cunningham, API) to assure inclusion.
