Thank you for your participation in the 2008 Storage Tank Conference and Safe Tank Entry Workshop.

Please read the following information closely and note the important deadlines below:

Sponsor Raffle: Call for Donations!

Conference attendees will be given a sheet listing all of the exhibitors and encouraged to have a company representative sign next to their company's name. Attendees who complete and return this sheet will be eligible for the "Exhibitor Raffle" prize. We found this to be a great way for exhibitors to meet all of the conference attendees. Winners will be drawn at the Reception on Wednesday, October 8th. All exhibitors and sponsors are encouraged to bring a prize (or prizes) for donation to the Registration Desk on October 8th.

Exhibitor Set-Up and Exhibit Hours:

Exhibitors: Please note that all exhibitors will need to select their table and set up their display on a first-come first-served basis. All exhibitors will be in the same area/room. Please note that these are 3' x 6' tables. Each table has a 90"x80" white tablecloth, two chairs and a garbage can. Tabletop displays only please. Electricity will be available at no charge.

Important Sponsor Information:

Sponsors: To be included in the Conference Program as well for us to display your company logo during your sponsored event, the following information must be sent to cunninghamm@api.org by Wednesday, September 24th, 2008:

1. Company logo for program and large sponsored event sign. Must be 300 dpi resolution or highter EPS, TIF, or JPG files. Sorry, no Bitmap, GIF or PNG files please.
2. Company description (not more than 5 sentences)
3. Company contact information and URL

Hotel Information
Reservations can be made directly with the Sheraton Fort Worth by calling 817-335-7000. The cut-off date for making reservations is Friday, September 26th, 2008 at 5:00 PM, CT.

API has arranged a discount rate with the hotel of $159 Single/Double, plus applicable state and local tax. Be sure to mention the API Storage Tank Conference to qualify for this discount rate. After September 17th hotel reservations will be accepted on a space available basis.
